As a first time home buyer, she was extremely patient with me and walked me through all the paperwork and answered all my questions thoroughly. I started looking for a house in December and she took time out from her family holiday plans to show me houses without any hesitation. Ultimately I managed to find my place a few days after New Years day. Really happy with my new place and I could not have done it without Diane. Diane is the hardest- working and most trustworthy person I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. She will do anything it takes to help her client including, but not limited to, assembling a new fan, helping negotiate with contractors, help with leasing, and doing property inspections.
